We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from STAG Provisions. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of the delivery date, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a pre-paid shipping label and print it directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
