What is the STAG return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain items, like grooming products and final sale goods, are non-returnable.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, STAG Provisions ships to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once an order has reached the shipping stage, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
