1954 501 Jean - Derby Day
The Levi's Vintage Clothing 501 Jean is a faithful reproduction of the same jean produced in 1954 that represented Levi's expansion West. The 1954 version was the first 501 jean made with a zip fly and captures the spirit of ease within American workwear. Made out of sturdy, non-stretch, red-line selvedge denim. The fade of the jean is darker through the seat and knees, much like an authentic pair of well-worn vintage jeans would wear. Finished with a slim fit, mid-rise and tapered cut for a modernized post-WWII fit.
