Selvedge Sunset Shirt - Indigo
Inspired by the sunset pocket design from Levi's 1902 archives, the sunset selvedge shirt is made to last. Finished with a lightweight plain weave that is made with water conservation in mind and a unique polka dot print.
Before the 1950s, most fabrics was crafted on shuttle looms in order to produce a higher quality garment with built-in fraying, raveling and curling prevention. Because the edges come out of the loom finished, fabric produced on shuttle looms are referred to as having a “self-edge”- hence the name “selvedge”.
